  • When we initiate the service, we send out a customer form detailing what you as the client need to handle and the deadlines you need to keep, such as obtaining authorisation from banks/the Tax Agency, submitting reconciled accounting history.

    After that, we set up the system, make the necessary standard settings, set up users with the appropriate permissions, review the accounting and historical values as of the start date to ensure there are no unresolved entries, and provide you with user manuals. Throughout the startup, we have a project manager at Aspia overseeing everything, so that you as a client can feel secure.

  • We will contact you and ask you to answer a few questions about your business and agree on a start date. The method of transferring your bookkeeping depends on the system you are currently using. If it's the same system, we will connect to your current system. For other systems, we will need a Sie4 file to transfer the bookkeeping. During the startup, you will receive a startup form detailing the materials/information you need to provide, to make the startup process as smooth as possible.
